What parents usually ask
The download is free and there is a free plan to try the app. The Basic plan costs $1.49 per month and Premium costs $2.99 per month. There are also one-time credits: $0.29 per audio and $0.99 per personalized video. Prices in your currency appear in the store at checkout.
For young children, always with an account created and supervised by a responsible adult. You follow everything and decide what makes sense for your family.
Adults 18 or older only. Children never create their own account: you manage the profile, the plan, and the data.
Each credit generates one personalized 10-second audio or video with any character. Monthly plan credits renew each cycle and do not roll over. Extra credits bought separately do not expire while your account is active.
In your account settings on the App Store or Google Play, up to 24 hours before renewal. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
We collect only what is necessary, we never sell data, and you can delete the account and data at any time, in the app or by e-mail. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
